1. Are the products authentic? If real, why are so cheap?

3.How can I customize my search on your site?

4.Which express company does your company collaborate?
We have collaboration with EMS, TNT, DHL, FeDex and DPEX to assure shipping to all countries. Customers decided the shipping company for delivery self during checking out.
 
5.How long does it take the items to be delivered?
Normally, it takes 5-8 business days for delivery once package was shipped out.
 
6.Can I refund or exchange if I am not satisfied with your items?

7.Do you offer wholesale?
We do both retailer and wholesale business, we offer more favorable price for wholesale business. For further information regarding this issue, please contact us through email or live support.
 
8.Why cannot I pay successfully?
We only accept visa credit card recently, if you could not pay successfully with the visa credit card, the reasons can be:
1) You haven’t authorized your bank on this transaction, please contact bank.
2) The information you filled when you are checking out doesn’t go accord with your card's information, please modify it or replace an order with correct information, or choose other payment.
3) Your card is on a "blacklist" - it is reported as being stolen, lost or blocked by the cardholder, please use another card.
4) Insufficient funds – it is necessary to charge your account or to extend current credit limit. You can try another card or pay later, or choose another payment.
5) Card issuer doesn't authorize eCommerce transactions or for international use- issuing bank must be contacted and asked to activate this service. Of course, this can be verified even when the customer chooses a certain type of card, because there are some banks which do not allow these kind of transactions.
6) The card issuing bank could not be contacted and the defined "stand-in" limits do not allow eCommerce transactions or there is a specific maximum value of the transaction. You will have to call your bank support line using the phone numbers printed on the back of your credit/debit card. Your card issuing bank is the only place where realistic information regarding the transaction incident can be found.
 
For your convenience, you can choose other payment if your payment was failed by card.
 
9.How can I know my order status?
We will notice you the order status by email, please pay attention to your email address and be sure the email address you left is correct. You can contact us if you did not receive such email due to block or spam.
 
10.How should I do to enjoy a discount?
As we already sell all the products at a low price, we don’t offer any further discount. But you can enjoy certain discount if you pay by western union, t/t. or money gram. If you want to have a discount, or choose above payment methods, please email us or contact us directly online through live support.
 
11. Can shipping address be different from the billing address?
Usually, if your shipping and billing address were different, you could not pay successfully by credit card. However, you can change the address with us in 6 hours once your order was placed and paid. We will modify the shipping address for you. Once the order was sent, nothing could be changed as the parcel was under control of shipping company not us. If you did not pay by credit card, your shipping and billing address could be different.
 
12.Can I cancel an order?
If you do not need the order that have placed successfully, you should contact us within 6 hours for cancellation and 25% cancellation fee will be charged. We did not accept cancellation once order was shipped or on the way which means you could not cancel the order once the order was under the hand of shipping company.
